Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary Colors

What are these?

Well, Primary colors are: red, blue, and yellow.

Secondary colors are the colors that are formed when the primary colors are mixed: purple, green, and orange.

Tertiary colors are the colors made when mixing secondary colors with primary colors:

Yellow-orange, red-orange, red-purple, blue-purple, blue-green and yellow-green. These are the true names for these colors!

Field Trip Reminder!!

Don't forget we are going to Silver Dollar City next Monday!! Don't be late! Be at school at 8:00am sharp. We will load the busses and be on our way!! We will be taking a tour "Behind the Scenes" before we play. This will give you a good idea how a large operation like this works, how food services can provide for the entire park, and how this business provides family fun!! You will need $10-$20 for food, or you can bring your own food. We will be eating lunch outside of the park. You will need any other money you may want for souvenirs, or anything else you may want to do. Our fundraiser is paying for your ticket! You will need to arrange a ride home as we will not be returning to school until 5:30pm. I am looking forward to this field trip, and I hope you are as well. Remember, absolutely no inappropriate behavior will be tolerated, and we will be able to send a bus back early, if we need to end some of your field trips early. Your parents are aware of this as well.

EC#1

One page typed introduction. Tell me about yourself, including hobbies, history, likes and dislikes, what you hope to gain from my class, what you would like to cover in my class, allergies, style, extra curricular activities, etc. Incorrect grammar and spelling will reduce your points.
Total extra credit points : 5

This is a lot, so take advantage!!

Extra Credit Reminder

This is just a reminder to check the blog for extra credit opportunities! I will not always mention these in class, so beware, they will appear from time to time. They will show up as EC#1 and so on. I will number them so you know which ones you have done and which ones you have missed. These will be due 2 days after they are posted, and the due dates will be included with the assignment. Absolutely NO late extra credit will be accepted.

I Have a Webpage

Don't forget to provide your parents with my webpage. This is an important tool for you as well. I will post reminders to check the webpage from time to time on here, and there won't be anything on either of these sites I don't also mention in class that is time sensitive. But I will post reminders and fun information, if you don't check you will miss out!! This is the link to my webpage: http://mrsbakersclasses.weebly.com/
